Hello, my name is Cunningham — a gentle, handsome boy with a heart full of love.

If you’re looking for a calm, loyal companion who’s just as happy exploring the outdoors as he is curled up for a nap, I might be your guy. I’m friendly with everyone I meet — kids, adults, strangers — I accept pets and attention with a soft tail wag and a gentle heart.

I enjoy my walks (especially when I get time to sniff all the good smells), though I like them at a mellow pace. Rabbits and squirrels are awfully tempting, but otherwise I walk nicely on leash and am content to just trot alongside you. At home, I’m a quiet, relaxed pup — no barking, no fuss. While you’re away, I catch up on naps, and when you’re back, I’m happiest snuggled right by your side.

I get along well with other calm dogs and even cats don’t bother me. With my easygoing personality, I’d fit into many types of homes — from families with kids, to someone looking for a loyal best friend, to a household with another friendly dog.

My ideal forever home would be with people who enjoy a balance of gentle activity and lots of cuddle time. I’m not demanding — just give me love, a cozy spot to nap, and some tasty snacks, and I’ll be the happiest boy around.
