About Kinley

Hi there, I’m Kinley — a sweet, curious pup who’s learning how wonderful life can be.

When you first meet me, I may seem a little shy, but give me a moment and you’ll see my playful, loving side shine through. I’m young, smart, and eager to learn, and in just a short time with my foster family I’ve already made huge progress with house manners, recall, and even learning to love pets and cuddles.

I get along well with other dogs — from tiny to giant — and once I feel safe, I’ll happily start up a game of play. I live peacefully with cats and even a chicken, so I’m quite the adaptable girl! New things can be a bit intimidating (cars and loud noises especially), but with patience and steady encouragement, I’m showing my brave side more and more each day.

I enjoy walks (about 45 minutes is perfect for me), yard play, toys, and even splashing in a kiddie pool. At heart, I’m an active dog who will thrive with a family that enjoys walks, hikes, and playtime. But I also love settling in the bedroom near my people when the day winds down.

My perfect home would be with a kind, patient family who will help me continue to grow in confidence. Another playful dog would be a bonus, though not required if my humans are ready to spend time with me. Because I sometimes jump when I’m excited, a home with slightly older kids (5+) would be best. With consistency, love, and a little structure, I’ll blossom into the most loyal, affectionate companion you could ask for.
