About Liam
Meet Liam – Little Dog, Big Heart.
If you’re looking for a sweet, quiet, affectionate companion who will follow you around like your tiniest, most loyal shadow… Liam just might be the one.
Liam is a calm and snuggly pup who loves people of all ages. He’s met young children and did great, and he’s a total softie with adults and teens. He enjoys being petted, picked up, and cuddled – but he’s also independent enough to relax on his own if you’re busy. He’s the kind of pup who just wants to be near you, whether you’re walking, watching TV, or sipping coffee.
Liam is good with other animals, though he takes a bit of time to warm up. He may guard his space or toys at first, but once he’s comfortable, he’s totally relaxed and friendly. He’s currently living happily with a large dog in his foster home and is learning how to navigate the world with confidence.
Despite being small, Liam isn’t yappy — in fact, he’s one of the quietest little guys you’ll ever meet. He rarely barks and isn’t reactive to loud noises or storms. He’s housetrained, crate-trained, and great on leash. He has a medium energy level — he enjoys his daily walks, then is content to curl up and relax for the rest of the day. He’s a wonderful mix of playful and mellow.
He’s also incredibly polite: no counter surfing, no garbage diving, and only the gentlest of manners when meeting people. Occasionally he’ll lift one back leg while running (adorably dramatic!), but the vet has confirmed there’s no concern.
Liam’s ideal home?
Anywhere with love. He’d do great in an apartment or house, with or without other pets, and with humans who want a cuddly sidekick. He’d especially adore a calm home with someone who’s around often and happy to give him snuggles and belly rubs.
Liam is as close to perfect as it gets. Sweet, soulful, and endlessly loving — he’s ready to find his forever lap.
Liam was born approximately April 2022.
His adoption fee is $650.
