Hi there, I’m Tigress – but you can call me Tiggy!

Don’t let my name fool you – I may be a Tigress, but I’m really just a little lovebug in a dog suit. I’m a pint-sized cutie with a big personality, equal parts snuggle buddy and playful sidekick. My foster mom says I’m “funny, cuddly, and a little miss attitude” – which, if you ask me, is the perfect combo.

I absolutely adore people. Whether it’s curling up in your lap, shadowing you around the house, or burrowing under blankets for a cozy nap, I just want to be part of your world. I warm up quickly to new friends and I’ve got excellent doggy social skills. I live with a whole crew of dogs right now – big and small – and while I like to be the boss sometimes, I play nicely and love having doggy friends. Cats? I might chase them at first, but I get bored quickly if they don’t run.

I’m still a young, smart girl learning all the basics – house training is coming along, I’m crate trained (even if I don’t always love it), and I’m practicing sit, recall, and leash manners. I can be a little mouthy when I get excited during play, but I’m easily redirected to toys. And speaking of toys – I love them, almost as much as I love cuddles.

My energy level is just right – enough to enjoy walks, yard zoomies, and helping out with “chores,” but I’m also content to lounge by your side after a bit of play. What I really want is to be your sidekick: go on adventures with you, then curl up and snore away at night in the bedroom by your side.

My dream home? Someone who wants a snuggly, funny little dog to share life with. I’d do great with a family that enjoys walks and playtime, maybe older kids who understand I’m small but spunky, and another playful dog would be a bonus. Whether you have a yard or not, as long as you’ll let me stretch my legs and then cuddle me close, I’ll be happy.
