About Lois

Lois is a sweet, gentle and happy girl full of tail wags and kisses.

Lois was rescued from an abusive environment which has taken some time for her to emotionally recover.  Today, she has decided that people are pretty great, and realizes that she loves their treats, massages and kind words.

New situations can make Lois nervous at which she will flee or freeze in place; she has never shown signs of aggression.  Lois is gaining confidence being away from the safety of her home.  When she does venture out of the yard, she walks beautifully on leash focusing on her person whenever scary things go by.

The ideal home for Lois is adult-only with a calm, confident dog to give her comfort and a playmate.  Even though Lois is very gentle, she would be nervous around young children because of their unpredictable movements.  Supervised kids occasionally visiting would be fine.

She is  a pretty special dog and looking for equally special people who are committed to gently and patiently supporting her development.

Lois was born approximately June 2019 and weighs 15.6 kgs.

Her adoption fee is $475.

This pet prefers a household with children 15 years or older.
