About Stella

Howdy there! I’m Stella, a Texan gal who’s found her way up to the Great White North, and let me tell ya, I’m loving every minute of it! From the moment I set my paws on Canadian soil, I knew this was where I belonged. Whether it’s strangers, big humans, or little ones, I’ve got a lot of love to share here.

I’m a really sweet pup who’s known in the neighborhood for my friendly demeanour. I’m all about spreading love and joy. Hangin’ out with a couple of kids? Count me in! Playtime is endless with me. I’m a pro at hide and seek, and there’s nothing I love more than a good chase. I’d be the perfect match for an active family or individual. I also recently welcomed a new feline friend into my current home and it’s been smooth sailing.  Kids, cats, adults—you name it, I get along with ’em all!

I’m also all about forming strong bonds with my humans and I thrive on company. I would love to join you on all your daily adventures! My foster human says I’m the perfect house dog. Sure, I’ve got lots of energy, but I’m also down for some lazy days snoozing (and snoring softly) by your side.

I’m a quick learner too. I’ve already mastered a few tricks, like self-loading into the car for a sunny walk down by the lake (the car is now my friend!). When I see other dogs on my walks, well, let’s just say I’m very eager to make their acquaintance so a strong sturdy hand on the leash is a must have right now. I haven’t had a chance to meet a lot of dogs, so when I see one, I want to visit with them immediately.  I did have a doggie playtime in a nice yard once and it was like we had been friends forever. I’d love more opportunities to meet other dogs so I can walk with a little less excitement for you!
