About Briar

Being a bashful puss-in-boots, Briar is, nonetheless, sweet and gentle. Ever so eager to get pets provided she approaches her foster mom for attention, she appreciatively soaks them up like a thirsty cat sponge for ages … and ages! Happiest keeping her own company, however, she spends most of the day sleeping in her treehouse, in a quiet closet or on the living room couch. Content to watch the goings on in her foster home from afar, she’s never sat on her foster mom’s lap and doesn’t like being picked up. Thriving on space and solitude and fully litter box trained, this independent little miss requires an especially understanding home that will respect her boundaries and love her for the kitty she is.
