About June
Dear Future Family,
Hi! My name is June, but you can also call me Junie, June Bug, or “No, that’s not a toy!” (I hear that one a lot). I’m a young pup with a big heart, bigger paws, and an even bigger enthusiasm for life. I love people, playtime, and yes… borrowing your shoes (don’t worry, I promise to return them in almost the same condition).
I’m a social butterfly in the making! I haven’t met kids yet, but I think I’d love them—just maybe not tiny ones since I’m still working on keeping all four paws on the ground. I’m excellent with other dogs and approach them with the utmost respect (slow crawl, tail wag, lots of compliments), and I’m curious about cats, but I’d probably be a polite roommate with proper introductions.
When it comes to training, I’m a little genius. I already sit like a pro, I’m learning crate time isn’t so bad, and I take feedback well (except when food is involved… then I have selective hearing). I’m working hard on my house training—my foster family is teaching me all the right cues, and I’m catching on! Also, I’m fearless. Loud noises? Strangers? Weird objects? Pfft. I’m more concerned about when my next cuddle session is happening.
My energy level is high—I love to play and need space to zoom around, so an active home with a yard would be chef’s kiss perfect for me. At night, I turn into a snuggle bug and will happily curl up with you in bed. I love to be close to my people, and when things quiet down, I’m all about those cozy cuddles.
So, are you looking for a playful, loving, and slightly mischievous puppy who will adore you forever? If so, I think we just became best friends.
Love,
June (Shoes Optional, but Cuddles Required)
June was born approximately January 2025 and will be a large dog when fully grown.
Her adoption fee is $595
