Hi, I’m Pretzel—named for my twisty past, but these days, I’m more about soft landings and belly rubs than being salty. I’m what you might call an expert-level cuddler, enthusiastic walking buddy, part-time goofball, and full-time sweetheart. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s equal parts calm soul and playful goon, you might’ve just found your new best friend.

Let me paint you a picture: I’ll be gently snoozing in the sun one minute, and the next, I’m springing into a hilariously awkward game of chase with my doggy foster siblings. My coordination may be questionable (grace is not my middle name), but my charm is 100% on point. I’m the kind of gal who’ll trot beside you on walks like a pro, wag my tail when you say “good girl,” and flop over for belly rubs like it’s my day job (which, honestly, it kind of is).

People? Love ’em. Once I know you’re kind, I’m yours—kids, grownups, strangers who bring treats—I’m happy to make friends. Dogs? Also a big yes. I thrive with a playful pup in the house to wrestle and zoom with. I am good with cats too!

I will admit I’ve got a few quirks, but who doesn’t? Car rides? Not my fave (currently in my “drool and deal with it” phase). Chewing? I might snag a shoe or plant basket if I’m bored, so a good toy selection is key! But I’m not destructive—I just need some fun things to gnaw on while you’re out. And crates? Haven’t needed one! I’m so well-behaved I get free range of the house.
