About Belly

Hi, I’m Belly — a five-month-old shepherd mix with the softest fur, the gentlest eyes, and a tiny heart-shaped patch on my tummy to prove I’m full of love (literally!).

I’m that perfect mix of playful and easygoing — the kind of pup who’s always up for a walk, a game of fetch, or a snuggle on the couch. I’m still a young girl, but I’m already house-trained, polite on leash, and I love meeting new people. Kids? Adore them. Grown-ups? Love them too. I don’t seem to have any fears — just an enthusiasm for life and a tail that never stops wagging.

My foster family says I’m exceptionally well-behaved and smart — I’m already good at “sit,” “stay,” “shake,” “high-five,” “bed,” and “leave it.” I’m practicing “stay” a bit more, because honestly, I just love to follow my people wherever they go (it’s hard to sit still when your best friend is walking away!).

I get along beautifully with other dogs and would be a dream playmate for a canine sibling. I’m also curious and playful with cats — I’d love to play, but I listen when told to give them space. Mostly I just wonder why they dont want to play with me, dont they know play is fun? Silly cats…

When I’m not playing with my favorite golf ball or sneaking a sock to chew on (I promise I’m learning!), I’m a calm companion who’s happy to nap nearby or hang out quietly at home. I’m not a high-energy whirlwind — just the right balance of fun and relaxed.

My foster family says if they could, they’d keep me forever. But that means I’m now ready to find my own forever family — one who wants a loving, loyal, kiss-giving companion who’ll grow up to be about medium-sized (around 40 kg of pure joy).
