Intakes and Surrenders
- I need to re-home my dog or cat, or I found a stray animal, can you take it? Depending on the situation, there are a number of steps involved. Please email intakes@pawsitivematch.org to inquire about surrenders and we will do our best to help. For stray animals please contact 311 for assistance.

403-452-2485 – This number is for emergencies only. For inquiries regarding lost or found pets, or wildlife, please contact 311. Please be courteous when calling our Emergency Only number. We do not have a public shelter, therefore you are calling a volunteer at home. Adoption inquiries by phone will not be answered.
For adoption inquiries please fill out an application and an adoptions processor will get in touch with you.

Please note that our shelter facility is not open to the public. The majority of our adoptable dogs and cats are fostered in private homes throughout Calgary and the immediate area. If you have donations you would like to drop off, please email donate@pawsitivematch.org for drop off address.
