Hi, I’m Duncan
Professional snuggler. Full-time heart stealer. Part-time biscuit thief (I’m working on it, I promise).

I’m a medium-mellow guy with a whole lot of love to give. My favorite things in life are long walks, belly rubs, head scratches, and curling up beside my people on the couch or bed where I can fall asleep snoring softly like a little engine. Some say I even purr when I’m really happy — I’ll let you decide.

I’m a sensitive soul who bonds deeply with my humans. I like having my people around and feel happiest in a home where I’m not left alone too often. When I am alone, I might sit by the door and let out a sad howl because I miss you — it’s not drama, it’s love. A home with people who work from home, have flexible schedules, or simply enjoy being around would be my dream come true.

I love walks and could honestly go out multiple times a day — I never say no to fresh air. A yard is a big plus for me so I can zoom, sniff, and enjoy the outdoors between adventures. I can get excited when I see other dogs or wildlife (bunnies are VERY tempting), but with guidance and consistency, I continue to improve.

When meeting new people, especially men or strangers, I might bark at first because I’m unsure — but don’t worry, I warm up quickly once I realize you’re a friend. I’ve never been tested with kids, so a calmer home or older children who understand respectful boundaries would be best for me.

I’ve lived with another dog before and did well, especially with calm, tolerant dogs. That said, I don’t need a dog sibling — I’m perfectly content being your one and only as long as I get plenty of love, walks, and couch privileges (non-negotiable).

I’m housetrained, food motivated, love being pet and cuddled, and I thrive on affection. I’ll happily press myself against you, steal your spot on the couch, and look at you like you’re my whole world — because you are.

If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who wants to be close, loves a good walk, and will reward you with endless snuggles, soulful eyes, and unconditional love… I might just be your guy.
