Hi, I’m Elaine

I’m a calm, gentle girl with a soft soul and a love for quiet companionship. I bring a very peaceful energy into the home and truly thrive in relaxed environments where I can take things at my own pace. I’m low energy by nature, happy with leisurely walks, time outside, and lots of cozy lounging.

Based on my recent training assessment, I would do best in a home with a yard where I can safely enjoy outdoor time without the stress of busy public spaces. Off-leash dog parks aren’t for me — I can be hard to recall and there’s a risk with traffic — but a secure yard or patio is my happy place. I love being outside and soaking in the fresh air.

I’m great with people of all ages, including kids, as long as they’re taught to respect my space and let me come to them when I’m comfortable. I’m affectionate, cuddly, and incredibly sweet once I feel safe, but I appreciate a calm, predictable household where things don’t feel rushed or chaotic.

While I’ve lived with other dogs before, I’d be happiest as the only dog in the home. With a truly exceptional match, I could potentially live with an older, neutral dog, but I don’t need canine companionship to feel fulfilled — human love is more than enough for me.

I’m quiet, well-mannered, and very low maintenance. I love naps, gentle affection, and simply being near my people. If you’re looking for a loyal, mellow companion who will bring warmth and serenity into your life, I might just be your girl.
