Jackie is a young, affectionate pup with a heart as big as her energy. She’s playful, intelligent, and eager to connect with her people. Whether it’s a good walk, a game of fetch, or stretching out in the yard, Jackie thrives when she gets to combine movement with love and attention.

This sweet girl has shown herself to be wonderfully gentle around children when they are calm and kind, and she adores women especially. Jackie can be a little hesitant around men at first, but with patience and kindness she warms up. She is sensitive at heart and responds best to soft voices and gentle handling.

Jackie loves other dogs her size or smaller, though she may feel a bit protective around bigger ones on leash. She’s smart and trainable—already housetrained, good on leash, and learning cues like “wait” and “leave it.” She’s also highly food motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding.

Her forever family should be active and committed to giving her the exercise and stimulation she needs—two good walks a day and playtime keep her happy and calm. She’s a bright young dog who will shine in a home where her energy is matched with love and structure. A house with a yard would make her happiest, but most of all she wants to be with people who see and nurture her gentle spirit.
