About Mia

Hi there! I’m Mia — your future pint-sized adventure buddy, cuddle consultant, and professional joy distributor.

Let’s get the obvious out of the way: yes, I’m adorable. I’m around 20–25 lbs of sleek limbs and endless enthusiasm, and I’m told my “wiggle factor” is off the charts. But don’t let the dainty frame fool you — I’m all heart, all in, all the time.

I’m what they call a “velcro dog,” which is a fancy way of saying I love to be wherever you are. Laundry room? I’m in. Bathroom? I’ll wait outside and sigh dramatically. Couch? I’ll race you to it. I just want to be near my people, and while I can be crated when you leave, I’ll probably serenade you with a little song first (working on that, I promise!).

Socializing? Oh please — I was born for the spotlight. Dogs? Yes. Cats? Sure, as long as they don’t mind me occasionally thinking we’re in a game of tag. Strangers? Instant friends. Kids and teens? Bring ’em on! I’m still young (around that delightful teenage phase), so I’m working on polishing my manners, but I’m smart, eager, and food-motivated — the trifecta of trainability.

Play is life. I adore toys, romping with my dog foster siblings, and just generally zooming around like a goofball. Walks? Twice a day, please and thank you. A fenced yard to stretch my legs would be amazing, or better yet — a dog sibling to bounce around with. But at the end of the day, I’m also perfectly content to crash in my dog bed and dream sweet dreams about your socks (which, for the record, I might borrow).

I’d thrive in an active household — the more I can join in on the action, the better. Take me to the park, patio, or pet store. I’m ready for it all, tail wagging and heart open.

So, what do you say? Ready for a best friend who brings the energy, the cuddles, and a little chaos (the good kind)? I’m Mia, and I’m ready to wiggle my way into your life — and your heart.

Mia was born approximately October 2024 and will be a medium sized dog when fully grown.
