About Nanu

My name is Nanu, and I’m here to tell you why I might just be the perfect addition to your family. I’m a small but mighty terrier mix with a heart as big as the outdoors I love to explore. I may only weigh 12 pounds, but my personality makes up for it—I’m sweet, curious, and full of love!

Snuggling is my specialty. I’ll follow you around the house like a fluffy shadow, always ready to cozy up on a pillow or lean against you for reassurance. At night, I’ll happily sleep on a pillow in your bed, but if you’ll let me, I’d much prefer to snuggle closer. After all, I just love being near my people.

I get along well with other dogs, though I’m still learning some social cues—sometimes I’m a bit clueless when other pups need their space. Having a tolerant dog buddy would be great for me, especially one who could show me the ropes of this house dog life. If you’re looking for a playful companion to join your pack, I could be your guy!

I’ve got medium energy, so I enjoy daily walks (sniffing is my superpower!) and yard time to stretch my legs and chase a few squirrels. Don’t worry, though—when I’m not exploring, I’m content to curl up for a nap. I’m a pro at relaxing on pillows, and I’m starting to respond to my name like a good boy.

The best thing about me? My goofy, loving nature. I’m incredibly trusting and so grateful for every belly rub and tasty treat. I don’t have a mean bone in my body and would thrive in a home with older kids, another dog buddy, or just a family who loves to snuggle.
