About Olaf

Hello there! I’m Olaf, and let me tell you, life is an adventure, especially when you’re only 6kg and the world feels ginormous! Just between us, I sometimes think I’m more of a soft toy than a toy poodle mix because of my adorably fluffy appearance.

Growing up, I’ve had some pawsome adventures. I once lived with a teenage human, and boy, did we have a blast! And just to brag a little, I also had a fur sibling, a big golden retriever mix. We played tag and had many tail-wagging moments. There was also a senior cat, but we respected each other’s nap times. Birds? They’re cool. I just admire them from a distance.

Now, I’ll be honest, strangers can be a bit startling at first. I have a touch of fear reactivity towards them, but it’s super short-lived! Before you know it, I’ll be sniffing around and wagging my tail, ready to make a new friend.

My energy? Well, I won’t be throwing dog parties anytime soon – I’m chill and relaxed. I am young, and while I’m still learning the ropes of being house-trained, I promise I’m making progress! Patience is key, my friends. Now, about leashes, they’re a bit of a challenge for me. I’m still learning to trust them and haven’t quite figured out how to strut my stuff while wearing one. But I truly believe with love, patience, and perhaps a few treat incentives, we can make leash walks a delightful experience together.

Speaking of walks, let’s talk about my distinct strut. You see, my front left leg has its own unique charm, which means that my walk is more of a waddle. But, believe me, this doesn’t hold me back! When the zoomies hit, I’m as zippy and spirited as any other pup.

Loud noises and sudden movements can be spooky, but with a loving family, I’m learning that there’s nothing too scary out there. Once I know you’re a friend, you’ll find me snuggled in your lap or trotting by your side, asking for some belly rubs.

If you’re looking for a lovable, low-maintenance furball, that’s me! Ideally, I’d love a yard to play in and an owner who cherishes cuddle sessions as much as I do. Just give me a few days to adjust, and we’ll be the best of buddies.

In the end, what I really desire is a forever home filled with warmth and patience. If you’ve got room in your heart for a fluffy, waddling, toy poodle mix with a heart full of love, then I’m your guy! Just remember, I may need regular spa days (aka grooming) to keep looking this fabulous. Can’t wait to meet you!
