About Panda

Prepare to meet Panda, the peppiest, most precocious of puppies! Sweet and sassy, sociable and smart, she thrives on the attention of everyone she meets, especially men – the little flirt. Playful could easily be her middle name since she absolutely loves being outside in the backyard of her foster home, running around with her fosters, their 8-year-old granddaughter, and engaging in her favourite “chase me, then I chase you” game. Because of her tendency to bark excitedly and nip, her fosters are patiently at work on redirecting these behaviours towards calmness through toys, particularly chew toys, and rewarding each improvement with a “good girl” and extra pets. A calm passenger in the car, capable of leading her fosters on merry chases round the yard, she hasn’t yet met any dogs or been leash walked due to her age. She’s progressing well with her housetraining and sleeps through the night on her bed in an enclosure in the kitchen. Only just starting life’s journey, peppy Panda is best suited to a home with a securely fenced backyard and an affectionate and active family with kind, respectful children that will complete her training, including her commands, and socialize her with other dogs. Of utmost importance is that she’s always engaged in games, and once leash trained, not only walked but even taken on hikes, and kept mentally and physically fulfilled fur-ever.

Panda was born approximately May 23, 2023 and will be a medium to large dog when fully grown.
