If you have filled out an adoption application in the past year, you do not need to fill out another one. Please email adopt@pawsitivematch.org or your previous adoption processor to add a new dog or cat to your list or to reactivate your application.

Your application is vital to our rescue organization so we strive to reply to each one within 48 hours. If you have not been contacted within that time, please email adopt@pawsitivematch.org to confirm that we have received your application.
Please note that completed landlord pet approval forms must be submitted to adopt@pawsitivematch.org in order to start the application approval process. If we have not received your form, your application will be put on hold until it is received.
