About Simba

Simba is an absolute sweetheart who’s ready to bring joy to her forever home! Though she hasn’t met young children yet, she’s so friendly and gentle that she’d likely be great with them. She would be equally wonderful with teenagers and older children. Simba is a social butterfly who loves everyone, regardless of gender or age. She gets along with all dogs, though she may stand her ground if another dog is unnecessarily rude to her. Cats? No problem! Simba usually ignores them and might chase them playfully if they start zooming around.

Simba is house-trained and crate-trained, making her an easy addition to any household. She’s a quiet girl, only barking occasionally when left alone or if the other dogs bark. Her energy level is high, and she enjoys one good walk a day for about 45 minutes to an hour, plus she loves to play in the yard. At night, she happily sleeps in her kennel.

Simba has no issues with nail trims, ear cleaning, or baths—she’s a real trooper! While she might pull on the leash a bit, she’s not reactive and can be easily redirected if she starts to get into things. Initially, she showed some separation anxiety, but with a consistent routine and plenty of love, she has settled beautifully and no longer barks when left alone.

Simba loves to cuddle and be close to her humans. She’s smart, social, and quite the cutie! She loves treats, walks, and just being wherever her people are. If you’re looking for a loving, adaptable, and fun companion, Simba is your girl!
