Dear Future Family,

Hi there! My name is Snickerdoodle, but you can call me Snickers, Snick, or just “Your New Best Friend.” I’m a lovable, affectionate, and ridiculously smart pup who’s on the hunt for my forever home—maybe it’s with you?

First things first: I LOVE humans. Big humans, little humans, old humans, young humans—you name it, I want to be near them. I thrive on attention and affection. If you’re looking for a dog who will happily follow you from room to room, rest her head on your knee, and gaze at you like you’re the best thing since peanut butter, I’m your girl. I have an incredible ability to sense emotions, so if you’ve had a rough day, I’ll be right there to cuddle you through it.

When I go on walks, I’m a social butterfly. I greet everyone politely, and people often stop to admire my beautiful coat and gentle eyes (not to brag, but I do turn heads). I’m fantastic with other dogs, too—especially ones my size who like to play! I might not be the best roommate for cats, though… I tend to think they’re part of a high-speed chase game, and apparently, they don’t find that amusing.

Now, let’s talk about my skills. I’m house-trained, crate-trained, and I have excellent name recall (so when you call me for treats or cuddles, I’ll be there in a flash!). I know my basic commands, and I’ve been working hard on my leash manners—I even sit patiently before crossing the road. I LOVE to run and would be the perfect jogging partner. I keep pace like a pro and make sure we’re always in sync. At night, I head into my crate on my own and wait patiently to greet you in the morning with a big, tail-wagging kiss.

I’m a pretty fearless girl—vacuums, blenders, garbage trucks? No big deal. My only real quirk is that I have an excellent nose, which means I like to dig in the snow and proudly present you with my treasures (don’t worry, I won’t eat them—I just like to show off my detective skills!).

As for my energy level, I’m a high-energy gal who thrives with daily exercise. A couple of good walks or runs a day, plus some backyard playtime, will keep me happy. If you’re an active person looking for a fun, adventurous, and loving companion, I think we’d be a perfect match.
