About Tofino

Hey there, future family!

My name is Tofino, and if you’re looking for a 70-pound bundle of love, loyalty, and playfulness, you’ve found her! I’m a friendly, easygoing gal who adores people—big ones, little ones, and everyone in between. I haven’t officially met young kids yet, but I just know we’d get along.

Dogs? Love ‘em! I get along with all kinds, though I have a slight preference for the ladies—mostly because the boy dogs keep trying to make things weird. Cats? No problem. I’ve lived with them before, and we were totally cool.

I’m house-trained, leash-trained, crate-trained, and I know my basic commands—so I’m basically the full package. I love to go on walks (two a day, please!), play with my toys, and then curl up for a good snooze. I think I’m a lap dog, but apparently, my size says otherwise. Whatever. I still love belly rubs and being close to my humans.

I do prefer having a yard to hang out in, but honestly? As long as I get love, walks, and playtime, I’ll be happy anywhere. I settle fine when left alone, though I might whine a little at first. Oh, and I’m not much of a barker—unless, of course, there’s an important announcement to make, like “Hey, I just saw a squirrel!”

My dream home? A place with space to play, people who love to include me in their adventures, and maybe a dog sibling to romp around with. But most importantly, a family who will love me as much as I’ll love them.
