Namaste - or should we say, Paw-maste to all dog lovers and yogis.   This yoga class combines traditional yoga with ELEVEN puppies' playful energy.  Playful puppies prancing from mat to mat as you move, flow and breathe.

(Please do not come more than 5-10 minutes earlier due to lack of space!) 

Please bring your own mat - we'll supply the puppies!  (We are capping our registration to 50 participants)
